The microlens array can be classified into a refractive microlens array and a diffractive microlens array. As a functional element, it can be widely used in various systems such as wavefront sensing, light focusing, and light shaping.
Our company uses nano-imprint processing technology to process high-precision microlens arrays on wafers of various specifications, including square, circular and hexagonal, with a minimum diameter of 32um. Can be customized according to customer needs. Application areas: optical imaging and display, biomedicine, optical communication and sensing.
