In order to further enhance employees' professional skills and knowledge reserves in the semiconductor industry, strengthen collaboration between departments, and improve the company's overall work efficiency, UZone Microna launched semiconductor testing equipment training.

The R&D Department, Marketing Department, Production Department, and Purchasing Group all participated in this training.

This training was taught by Shanghai SCIENSEE, focusing on the introduction of packaging inspection equipment thickness and profile measuring instruments.

The training covered multiple application scenarios, including measurements of total wafer structure thickness, multi-layer material layer thickness, warpage, roughness, etc., and demonstrated the accuracy of the test results. In addition, it also introduces how to customize the test position and how to upgrade the device to a fully automatic version to improve detection efficiency.

During the training process, the teachers focused on the difficulties in the professional field, combined with practical experience, explained knowledge points in simple and easy-to-understand terms, and conducted interactive exchanges to answer questions for employees.
